The Community Outreach Program of 800 ZED Padayon OSM is the community outreach arm of 800 ZED, delivering community healthcare where it’s needed most. We bring together health professionals, volunteers, and local partners to serve vulnerable and underserved communities.
Our Focus: Service is Community Healthcare We believe that everyone deserves access to basic healthcare—no matter their location or status. That’s why Padayon OSM goes directly to the people through mobile missions and community-based programs.
What We Do
- Free Medical Consultations On-site checkups and treatment by volunteer doctors and nurses
- Health Screenings Blood pressure, glucose, BMI, and basic diagnostics
- Health Education Interactive sessions on hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention
- Medicine & Hygiene Kit Distribution Vitamins, first aid items, and daily wellness supplies
- Referral Assistance Support for patients needing advanced or follow-up care
